Hope
What would the world be like if we who follow Jesus to the cross and empty tomb lived lives which overflowed with hope?
What would your life look like overflowing with hope?
As we draw towards the end of our retreat, might God be inviting you to make this short, powerful prayer your daily prayer for yourself and for the Church in your nation and around the world?

Sabbath silence rules this garden tomb:
An earthen vessel, dark so intimate.
The stone is heavy;
life’s restrained and
Lord you dream; awaiting
resurrection
when your vessel,
silent coffin,
will be broken,
pouring chrism
over dusty hearts,
anointing nations,
calling us to rise again
